You may use the public website for lawful informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, probe restricted systems, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate rights or applicable law.

A Lab Key or preview invitation is limited to its intended recipient and purpose. It may be revoked, expire, or be changed without notice. Preview content may be incomplete, experimental, or confidential and must not be copied, published, reverse engineered, or shared beyond the authorized evaluation.

The current MyTrips pilot is a personal internal experiment. Its short convenience code is not an assurance of secure client authentication and must not be treated as one.

Unless stated otherwise, the website, brand, software demonstrations, visual systems, and related materials are owned by McAllister Labs or used with permission. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the site as described here.

The site may link to TAB Space or other third-party services. Those destinations operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not transfer responsibility for an external service to McAllister Labs.

The public site and previews are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, McAllister Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Questions about these terms can be sent through the site’s Contact channel.
