This notice explains what information McAllister Labs may receive through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information received

When you contact the lab, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and message. Hosting infrastructure may also record ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events.

Private lab previews may use limited session information to keep an authorized preview open. The current MyTrips pilot uses browser session storage and is not a production authentication system.

How it is used

  • To respond to inquiries and continue requested conversations.
  • To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website.
  • To prevent abuse and protect private preview environments.
  • To comply with applicable law or enforce legitimate rights.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. Contact submissions are delivered through FormSubmit, and information may also be processed by service providers used to host or secure the site, subject to their own terms and safeguards. Information may be disclosed when legally required.

Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to applicable exceptions. Use the site’s Contact channel so the request can be verified and answered directly.

Location and changes

McAllister Labs operates in Ontario, Canada. Service providers may process information in other jurisdictions. This notice may be updated as the website or its private lab capabilities change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
